You may return or exchange unworn jewelry / unused accessories that are in original, unaltered condition.Orders may be returned within 21 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, box or pouch that came with your purchase and paperwork. If hangtag comes directly attached to the item, the tag must be intact to submit a return. 
Returns that do not meet these requirements or have gone past our 21 day policy, unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For exchange jewelry must be unworn with tag attached in original packaging. If for some reason you need to exchange the product(s) you ordered, please send it back and we'll exchange it for you.
