How to Redeem Your Crystal Points
Step 1
Login to your account
Click on the 'Sign in' button on the right hand menu and click on the black colored ‘Rewards Program’ tab on the right hand side of the desktop screen. Once you have done this, you will see the number of points you have earned from previous purchases.
Step 2
Purchase Products as Normal
Click on the ‘Rewards Program’ tab on the right hand side of the screen and convert your points to a unique code generated for you. A minimum of 500 points is required to start redeeming your points. In order to redeem them, simply add the products you require to your basket.
Step 3
Redeeming Your Points
Once you have chosen your products, you can redeem your Crystal Points by using the unique code generated in the previous step during the checkout process.
- type in the unique code in the field, and click 'Apply'.
- Once you have clicked 'Apply', your Crystal Points will be redeemed as a 'Discount' beneath the 'Subtotal' amount on your shopping bag page, then proceed to checkout.
